They are generally made out of fabric, and have dozens of little folds that go horizontally all the way across the length of the fabric. Pleated blinds give a very unique feel to a room and are great for anyone who wants their blinds to stand out from the crowd a bit. These blinds can also be made with a special lining that limits the amount of sunlight that is allowed through, making them a great choice for bedrooms and they also work well in conservatories as conservatory blinds.
